Florence and Things

(Sidenote: It is awkward to type a blog post in a the schools library with people sitting next to you, just sayin') 

Do you ever feel like you are living up to the epitome of what the stereotype for a hysterically emotional female is? Well, lately that has been me. And I have no rational excuse, I am fine, school is going great, and I am DEFINITELY not pregnant. Sooooooooo what the heck?! I feel like I am moving into a deeply introspective time where you figure out what you are doing wrong in your life that you need to change. I hope I am ready.

This brings me to what I am thankful for lately: My very best, gracious, patient, Soul mates A.K.A:

                                    My people, my girls, my loves. 
The ones who completely understand you even when you are non-comprehensible. Thank you all for being there. Quite frankly sometimes it surprises me and spoils me. I find myself not understanding why certain other people don't understand because you all make it so easy for me to be myself.  

 
 In different topics the new Florence + the machine album dropped in the U.S today and in the U.K yesterday. I adore this woman. I would like to meet her one day because I am confident that she would be apart of that wonderful group of people I just described to you. She is beautiful inside and out. Her mind is perpetual brilliance. Go now and listen to it!

Long Time No Post

I know that I said I would have an extremely long Pennsylvania trip post. One day it will make its debut, but today is simply not that day. So instead I am going to put a video to a fantastic song I recently discovered that gives me a temporary vacation from the day in day out rain that is the state of Oregon :)

Decisions decisions....

          These are the four of the schools that offer a Bachelors degree in American Sign Language that I am applying to. Sometimes I think that maybe I should pick another profession that wouldn't be as rare, I could still live where I am at..etc. But when I see two people signing, whether its from a far, an interpreter, or if I have the privilege of being a part of the conversation I get that feeling that it is just meant to be! And there is no dying that, so here we are:

                                                     First:

                     -Located in Orem, Utah
                     -I have amazing friends that live in the area
                     -Close enough yet far enough from home
        (I do not like Utah that much but then again I've survived Idaho thus far right?)

                                                  Next up:

                            -Located in Monmouth, Oregon
                            -About 30 mins from the BEACH :)
                            -For some reason this the school that feels the best out of all of them
                            -Scariest because I do not know a single soul in Oregon!

                                                   Third:

                     -Located in Washington D.C
                     - I have a few friends in D.C and P.A is close :)
      - I would be living in a deaf community so it would be an intense but amazing experience!
                     - Somehow this one is the cheapest


                                            Last:

         -Located in PENNSYLVANIA


        - 40 minutes from my BEST FRIEND IN THE WORLD.                 
       -Con: The Sign Language major is closed for this fall so I would have to take generals until next semester

So there you have it! The four places where I could possibly be sending the next few years of my life!!!!!!

Now is time for the waiting game
